Refund policy

Returns 

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you need to return an item, please send us an email at sales@hackberrycreek.net letting us know.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hackberry Creek, P.O. Box 20381, Houma, Louisiana, US 70360

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was defective or damaged.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $25, please consider using a trackable shipping service, such as USPS Delivery Confirmation.

**Hygiene and Health Exceptions**

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, ear wires cannot be returned once they have been opened, handled, or tried on due to concerns about direct skin contact and potential contamination. Please carefully review all specifications, measurements, and materials before purchasing ear wire products, as all sales are final.

All other jewelry-making supplies follow our standard return policy above.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective or Damaged items
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, send us an email at sales@hackberrycreek.net so we can promptly take care of the issue.
